Gerald Ong Chong Keng, Chief Executive Officer, has had more than 20 years of corporate finance related experience. He has held senior positions at various financial institutions including NM Rothschilds & Sons (Singapore) Ltd, Tokyo-Mitsubishi International (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Hong Leong (Malaysia) Group. During his time with these institutions, Gerald’s duties encompassed the provision of a wide variety of Corporate Finance services from advisory, M&A activities and fund raising exercises incorporating various structures such as equity, equity-linked and derivative-enhanced issues structured to raise funding at competitive rates. He is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore, University of British Columbia and Harvard Business School.

Mark Liew, Chief Operating Officer of PrimePartners Corporate Finance (PPCF) has more than 16 years experience in the corporate finance industry. Mark is responsible for overseeing the advisory and capital raising business at PPCF and has advised listed and private companies on a wide range of transactions including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and capital raising exercises. Mark was a member of the working committees that reviewed The Association of Banks in Singapore IPO Due Diligence Guidelines and the listing rules for the Singapore Exchange. Prior to joining PPCF, he has held positions at various financial institutions including Dexia BIL and UOB Asia. Gillian Goh, Director & Head, Continuing Sponsorship, has more than 10 years of corporate finance experience, during which she developed her advisory and project management skills across a variety of transactions. She has transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, privatisations, initial public offerings, rights issue, and the issuance of fairness opinions for interested party transactions and general offers. Before joining PPCF in 2006, Gillian worked with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Pte Ltd, Deloitte & Touche (Corporate Finance) and UOB Asia Limited. She started her career with DBS Finance Ltd where she acquired her credit skills through the marketing of corporate loan products. Alistair Burgoyne, Director & Head of M&A, has more than 20 years of experience in the Finance industry. He has held senior positions at various financial institutions including Nomura Securities (Toyko/Sydney), Ord Minnett Tokyo, General Finance Bangkok, Seamico Securities Bangkok. During his tenure with these institutions, Alistair’s duties included managing local and institutional sales, (debt/equity), issues of FRN’s, Euro Yen, Samurai & Shogun, online equity trading and principal investments. David Ang Cheng Kiat, Director & Head of Capital Solutions, has over 16 years experience in investment management, stockbroking operations and investment banking. He has led medium to large scale private capital raising exercises including some landmark deals in Singapore. Prior to joining PPCF, he was vice president with DBS Bank heading up their Equity Capital Markets – Syndication unit where he was involved in the positioning, distribution, bookrunning, syndication and selling of IPOs, pre IPO and secondary placements. During his stint in DBS he successfully placed out over 30 international and local offerings covering a wide range of industries. David has fund management experience having managed pension fund monies, institutional unit trusts and private banking accounts during his stints in Banque International Luxembourg (now known as Dexia BIL) and Philip Capital Management. David graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and Bachelor of Business Management (Economics).

Prior to joining PPCF, he was Head of Capital Markets at HL Bank where he was responsible for primary and secondary market placements. His previous appointments also include, Head of Proprietary Trading/Fixed Income at Phillip Securities as well as Senior Analyst at Standard & Poor’s MMS. Mark has commented widely on contemporary issues in capital markets, in various media such as CNBC, Bloomberg and Business Times. A CFA charter holder, Mark holds a BA Hons (History) and Masters of Science (Applied Finance) from NUS.
