TEO Ek Tor is the Chairman of PrimePartners Group, PrimePartners Corporate Finance and NPrimePartners Capital - a joint venture asset management company based in Singapore. Ek Tor had contributed to and been instrumental in the development of two major regional investment banking groups - Morgan Grenfell Asia (1980 - 1993) and BNP Prime Peregrine (1994 - 1999). He held senior executive positions within the Morgan Grenfell Asia group and was the Regional Managing Director of BNP Prime Peregrine (Singapore) Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Quek Peck Lim

QUEK Peck Lim is one of three co-founders of PrimePartners Group (PPG) and is an Adviser and member of the Board of PPG. He was the Chairman of PrimePartners Corporate Finance until the end of 2018, a Member of the Board of Directors of Aris PrimePartners Asset Management (now NPrimePartners Capital) and former Managing Director of Securities and Research, BNP Prime Peregrine. Prior to establishing PrimePartners, Peck Lim was Director of Research for Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Group when Morgan Grenfell Asia & Partners Securities Pte Ltd was voted the top research house in Singapore equities by the Global Investor Magazine in 1989 and by Asiamoney Magazine in 1990, 1992, and 1993 under his leadership. Peck Lim was voted top analyst in Singapore in 1992 by professional fund managers. Prior to joining the Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Group in 1987, Peck Lim was Senior Assistant Editor of Euromoney Magazine in London, where he specialized in covering the development of international equity markets and emerging country stock markets. Peck Lim is a graduate of the University of Singapore with a degree in Business Administration.

Hsieh Fu Hua

HSIEH Fu Hua is the Co-Founder and Adviser to the PrimePartners Group, Chairman of Asia Capital Reinsurance Group Pte Ltd and Chairman of Eastspring Investments Group Pte Ltd, Chairman of GXS Bank Pte Ltd (a Grab-Singtel joint venture for digital banking) and a board director of GIC Private Limited. Mr. Hsieh started his career in merchant banking and capital markets in 1974 when he joined Morgan Grenfell Asia Holdings upon graduation, eventually rising to head the organization. He subsequently served as Group Managing Director of BNP Prime Peregrine Group Hong Kong, CEO of Singapore Exchange, President of Temasek Holdings, Chairman of Tiger Airways Holdings and Chairman of United Overseas Bank. Mr. Hsieh is active in the social sector. He serves as chairman on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the National University of Singapore, the National University Health System, and the Singapore Business Federation Foundation Limited. Mr. Hsieh is also a board member of MOH Holdings Pte Ltd and a member of the National Research Foundation's Research, Innovation and Enterprise Council. Mr. Hsieh founded BinjaiTree, a privately-run charity that is keenly engaged in mental health, the arts and social services. He co-founded Caregivers Alliance Ltd, Resilience Collective Ltd, Shared Services for Charities and Tri-Sector Associates. He was previously President of the National Council of Social Service and Chairman of Stewardship Asia Centre as well as the National Gallery Singapore. Mr. Hsieh is an alumnus of the NUS Business School.

Ng Soo Peng

NG Soo Peng, our late chairman and one of the founders of the PrimePartners Group, had a distinguished career in the financial services industry for over 30 years. From 1997 to late 1999, he was Co-Chairman of BNP Prime Peregrine. Prior to that, he was Chairman of Morgan Grenfell Asia Holdings Pte Ltd (from 1985 to 1993), the regional holding company for the Morgan Grenfell Group of companies in Asia (ex-Japan), where he also served as director from 1983 to 1985. From 1973 to 1983, he served as Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Singapore and simultaneously was Deputy Chairman of the Securities Industry Council until 1981. Prior to 1983, he was a member of the Stock Exchange of Singapore and a Director of Kay Hian & Co. Stockbrokers.
