Gerald ONG is the Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of PrimePartners Corporate Finance. Gerald has more than 25 years of corporate finance related experience. He has held senior positions at various financial institutions including NM Rothschilds & Sons (Singapore) Ltd, Tokyo-Mitsubishi International (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Hong Leong (Malaysia) Group. During his time with these institutions, Gerald's duties encompassed the provision of a wide variety of corporate finance services including advisory, M&A activities and fund-raising exercises incorporating various structures such as equity, equity-linked and derivative-enhanced issues structured to raise funding at competitive rates. He is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore, University of British Columbia and Harvard Business School.

Mark Liew
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director
Mark LIEW is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of PrimePartners Corporate Finance. Mark Liew has over 20 years experience in the finance industry. He has overall responsibility for strategy, business development and operations at PPCF. He has advised clients on a wide range of successfully completed transactions including listings, take-overs, M&A and capital raises through financial and digital securities. He is a member of the IBF Examinations Industry Panel, the IVAS (Singapore) Learning and Assessment Working Group and has been involved in the review of the ABS IPO Due Diligence Guidelines and the listing rules for the Singapore Exchange. He started his career in corporate banking before transitioning to corporate finance with various financial institutions including Dexia BIL and UOB Asia.
Mark graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor in Accountancy, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.

David Ang
Director and Head of Capital Solutions
David ANG is Director and Head of Capital Solutions at PPCF. David has over 29 years of experience in investment management, stockbroking operations and investment banking. Prior to joining PPCF, he was a Vice President with DBS Bank, heading their Equity Capital Markets - Syndication unit where he was involved in the positioning, distribution, bookrunning, syndication and selling of IPOs, pre-IPOs and secondary placements. During his time in DBS, he successfully placed out over 30 international and local offerings over a wide range of industries. David has fund management experience, having managed pension fund monies, institutional unit trusts and private banking accounts during his time with Banque International Luxembourg (now known as Dexia BIL) and Philip Capital Management. David graduated from Queensland University of Technology with Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and Bachelor of Business Management (Economics).

Wong Wei Fong
Director, Corporate Finance
WONG Wei Fong is Director, Corporate Finance at PPCF. Wei Fong has more than 15 years of corporate finance related experience. She advises on corporate finance advisory transactions which includes initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and privatizations. She has extensive experience in listing companies from across different industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, professional services and property development. Her experience also includes working with companies with principal businesses in various jurisdictions such as Singapore, China, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia and Israel. Prior to joining PPCF in 2005, Wei Fong has held various positions in Stone Forest Consulting Pte Ltd and BDO International, where she provided business advisory and assurance services on corporate transactions. Wei Fong graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a degree in Bachelor of Accountancy and she is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Marcus Yong
Director, Corporate Finance
Marcus YONG is Director, Corporate Finance at PPCF. Marcus has more than 16 years of investment banking, corporate finance and advisory related experience including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, merger and acquisitions, privatisation and takeovers, corporate restructurings, fundraising exercises and fairness opinions. He has successfully completed a myriad of transactions in various industries including healthcare, medical devices, mineral, oil and gas, F&B, consumer services, hospitality, agriculture, industrial products, construction and engineering industries. He has extensive transaction experience advising companies from PRC, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Australia, United States of America, Russia, Hong Kong, Japan and etc. Prior to joining PPCF in 2007, Marcus embarked his investment banking career with Southern Investment Bank where he was responsible for deals origination and the execution of investment banking transactions involving both equity and debt instruments. Marcus graduated from University of London (in association with London School of Economics) with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance.

Pang Xu Xian
Associate Director, Corporate Finance
PANG Xu Xian is Associate Director, Corporate Finance at PPCF. Xu Xian has more than 10 years of experience in the corporate finance industry where he is advising and managing various transactions which include initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, financial advisory, independent financial advisory and fund raising exercises. Xu Xian has completed various transactions in the mineral, oil and gas, agriculture, tourism, healthcare, construction and property sectors across multiple jurisdictions. He is also familiar with the ongoing listing compliance as he had previously overseen a diverse portfolio of public listed companies with PPCF’s continuing sponsorship team.
Xu Xian graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University and is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.
